SYNOPSIS

In RURAL NEW JERSEY, a suicidal waitress encounters a road-worn serial killer, known for leaving PIN-UP photos of his victims.

CALENDAR GIRL follows Ari, a twenty-something suicidal waitress, in an isolated rural New Jersey diner. In the dark winter months before the holidays, she encounters Phil, a drifter posing as a photographer on assignment. Both are lonely, and come to yearn for the warm touch of the other.

IT’S LATE AT NIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. Ari knows nothing about Phil, this disarming photographer, yet feels drawn to him. At the very least, he’ll provide her with sex and companionship. At best, as the infamous CALENDAR GIRL killer, he could provide her with the ultimate means of escape.
